1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 lemon, juiced
In a blender or food processor, combine the cream, almonds, pumpkin seeds, orange juice, orange zest, lemon juice and lemon zest. Blend until smooth. Pour into two slow cooker or microwave-safe serving dishes.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
