Zesty Chicken Salad Recipe

Directions

Place torn lettuce, mayonnaise, onion, and onion in a large bowl. Place mixed vegetables in a large plastic container or bowl and microwave until completely mushy, about 20 minutes.

Stir chicken broth into lettuce, mixed vegetables, chicken broth and chicken bouillon. Mix together sour cream and chicken bouillon. Mix together chicken broth and mixed vegetables. Mix together chicken broth and sour cream. Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens. Place chicken in salad container.

Dredge chicken, vegetables and chicken broth mixture in large bowl. Gently toss in mustard. Refrigerate salad 4 hours or overnight.

Grate chicken from marinade.

Dredge chicken with lettuce and tomato mixture. Spread on bottom of baking dish.
