2 cups milk
2 cups mini frozen fruit - peeled and sliced
2 eggs
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup white sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 11x9-inch glass pan.
In a 650-cup milk jug, add the frozen berries to boiling water. Add the rest of the milk, but not the sugar; stir together. Pour in milk halfway into pan, then pour in a layer of the sliced fruit. Do not over-fill pan. Drop both halves of fruit in boiling water. Watch carefully to not over-fill pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
