1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger pineapple juice
1 teaspoon citrus zest
1 fluid ounce lemonade
4 fluid ounces pineapple juice
1 large lime, drained
In a blender or food processor, process pineapple, orange zests, lemonade and pineapple juice until virtually smooth. Pour over tacos or lukewarm pasta, or serve in chocolate trays.
