4 slices bacon
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/8 cup Italian-style salad dressing
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until crisp. Drain grease, crumble, and set aside.
Slice each slice of bacon into 1/2 inch thick strips. Use a slotted spoon to smooth over bacon strips. Spread cheese over bacon strips; spoon over mayonnaise and serve immediately.
