1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 egg
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. When oil is hot, stir in soy sauce and boiling hot water. Bring oil, soy sauce and brown sugar to a boil; cool.
Add egg and stir until mixture coats the back of a metal spoon. Remove from heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and whisk into soy sauce mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Bake in preheated oven for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until pork is well browned. Serve hot or cold.
