1 (15 ounce) can collard green beans, drained
1 tablespoon butter
1 (16 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a large pot (2 1/2 quarts).
In a large bowl, toss together colard green beans, butter, olives, cheese, black pepper sauce and hot sauce. Pour mixture over the green beans. Fold over green beans and serve.
