1/4 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 1/2 cups tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 cup water
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place butter or margarine in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat, until just boiling. Remove from heat; pour over pasta. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue to heat, stirring constantly, until almost boiling; remove from heat. Stir in honey, lemon zest, tomatoes, water, flour, cocoa powder, salt, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
Return pasta to saucepan, and cook until just barely tender, about 10 minutes.
