Good and simple recipe. If you're looking for a healthier option, I'd definitely recommend buying chickens spelled with an F. Purchasing birds that are approximately 2 weeks old is approximately as good as it gets when you're vegan. Depending on the brand and how they're raised, it can be quite a bit healthier. I purchased my chickens from Wishbone who stocks their meat in the UK. I followed the manufacturer's directions for care and slaughter. They came out fairly well....less soap and water but I still followed the recipe. The 2 chickens that received the full amount of soap and water actually lay still with their feathers prodding at the bone. I was really surprised at how easy this was.
