1 pound ground beef
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 cups water
1 pound baked beans
2 pounds beef roast
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Brown the ground beef and remove from pan; drain excess fat.
Saute vegetable oil in same skillet until golden brown; add onion powder and garlic powder; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Melt the garlic cloves in a mixing bowl.
Mix water and cooked beans in large saucepan over medium heat. Gradually pour mixture into skillet over medium heat. Stir in beef, stirring vigorously.
Mix the flour, horseradish, onion and basil in a small bowl. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, bring water, beans, beef and water mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Return meat mixture to the skillet; heat until just tender. Stir in the bread crumbs, onion and egg yolks to make a sauce. Mix all together with the bread crumbs. Serve hot.
