1 (2 pound) fillet salmon, sliced
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon oil
2 teaspoons ground white pepper
In a large bowl mix vinegar, white vinegar, oil and pepper. Cover, and refrigerate 3 hours.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat. Lightly oil grate. Place salmon fillet on prepared grill, and cook slowly for 8 minutes on each side, turning over each fish as it cooks. Fry fillets in hot oil 2 minutes per side.
