15 cubes beef bouillon
1 cup water
1/4 pound sliced mushrooms
1 (10 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste with juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar for garnish
2 tablespoons broiler spray
Place 1 cube bouillon in a large bowl. Stir in water, mushrooms, tomato paste, tomato paste with juice and salt. Mix together, and transfer to a large bowl. Top with white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup olive oil. Stir together, and pour over bouillon cubes. Transfer to a large serving bowl.
Garnish with bacon slices and serve over bouillon cubes.
