1 cup butter
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup boiling water
1 (4 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (10 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped fresh citrus fruit
1/4 cup chopped blackberry
6 slices fresh artichoke hearts
1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 7x9 inch baking dish. Mix together the orange juice, boiling water, orange juice concentrate, pineapple, lime juice and water. Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle with the crushed fruit.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, until heated through.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with the chopped fruit, fruit and pineapple. Cover and let stand for at least 5 minutes, turning once. Top with crumbled artichoke hearts.
