Apple Tarts Recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 ounce) package apple pie filling

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (16 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

1 (10 ounce) can sliced raspberries

1/3 cup butter, melted

3 tablespoons lemon juice

3 tablespoons apple pie filling

3 tablespoons lemonade concentrate

1/4 pound lemon-lime flavored Jell-O

24 orange slices

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round greased pie pans.

Place pie filling in the prepared pans. Mix the cream cheese, lemonade concentrate and raspberries in a small bowl. Spread evenly into the crust. Sprinkle evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Press lemon-lime gelatin over the apple filling.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

In a large bowl, mix butter, lemonade concentrate, lemon juice and fruit pie filling.

Cut oranges into thin slices. Dip oranges in butter and lemon juice mixture and refrigerate. Beat the cream cheese mixture into the butter mixture. Fold the orange slices in. Place stuffed oranges into freezer container. Freeze until set.
