1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup white sugar for decoration
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, vegetable oil, cocoa, sugar, and vanilla until completely blended. Mix in chocolate chips, almonds, and walnuts.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until completely cooled. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
