1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 chopped green bell pepper
8 cups diced, cooked chicken breast meat - rinsed, dried and drained
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
2 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until fragrant; add onion and green bell pepper. Reduce heat to low, add meat and turn heat down to medium-low; stir until all ingredients are browned and all sauce is absorbed.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until minimal tenderness. Meanwhile, over low heat, combine cottage cheese, apples and apples; stir until all ingredients are slightly smooth.
