1 cup beer
1 cup malt liquor
1 pint cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
In a medium saucepan, combine beer, malt liquor, cream of mushroom soup and celery. Bring mixture to a boil. Boil 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Stir corn oil, vegetable oil, white sugar and malt liquor into beer mixture. Bring mixture to a boil and bring mixture to a slow boil; boil 1 minute. Stir in cereal. Simmer until syrupy (2 to 5 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and cool completely. Pour mixture into individual serving bowls, and sprinkle with chopped onion. Serve with cornbread.
