1 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 (7 ounce) can sliced strawberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix the sugar, flour and vanilla. Stir in milk.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.
