1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons nectar extract
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract. Mix in salt, baking soda and oil. Mix in nectar and walnuts. Pour batter into pan.
Bake in preheated oven until a tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
