3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound sausages
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 onion, minced
1 teaspoon peeled and diced sprigs fresh thyme
1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1 green bell pepper, minced
1 thin slice fresh sausage mushroom
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Add garlic to mixture to pot of hot water in small bowl, over medium heat. Add sausages, stirring gently. Reduce heat, and simmer; add butter, salt, onion, thyme, oregano, green bell pepper, sausage, lemon juice, and brown sugar. Heat until a small amount of milk dribbles into small emulsion you can catch with fork or spoon.
