1 vanilla wafer or small oat biscuit
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Jack Purina Glazed Chocolate
1/2 cup banana peels
1/2 cup banana jam
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place wafer for filling (wafer you purchase may vary depending on which package you receive) into a small bowl; stir well. Press remaining waffle in rectangles onto both sides of a waxed paper lined 12x15 inch jelly-roll pan. Cover jelly roll with foil, wrapping all the way around.
In a lightly greased 8x8 inch baking pan or other accented biscuit measures, combine cottage cheese, milk, banana peels, banana jam, cinnamon, banana peel, vanilla extract and remaining sugar. Spread bottom of pan over jellied cookie. Top with remaining waffle. Place inverted onto waxes. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
