1 1/4 cups milk

1 cup shortening
3 eggs, lightly beaten

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Lay the dough on the sheet and flatten slightly over high heat.
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and press into the bottom and 1-1/3 inches up the sides of the cookie sheet. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookies 1/2 inch apart. They should be about 1 inch thick. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
