Hearty Pretzels Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

10 dumplings

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Mix in the dumplings. Roll the dumplings in the butter mixture until light brown. Sprinkle the excess mixture over the top of the dumplings and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

This was AMAZING! I made it as shown. Everyone loved it and I really thought it was a gift for my husband. He loved it and went back for seconds. As for the hors d'oeuvre, I added Loblolly Stix and Sourdough Start. He said it tasted better the next day.
