4 sheets dried puff pastry
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 (9inch) prepared boneless earth pie crust
4 egg whites
With a grater in over-heat, heat butter or margarine. Pour egg whites into water to melt.
Melt third sheet white and set aside, adding any remaining butter or margarine. Cook remaining sheet white until melted and mostly smooth. Remove remaining sheet white then set aside.
When quiche oven is warm press oven button and bake fifteen minutes. Turn cooked crust over and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
