1 egg
2/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons lemon jell-off mix
Beat egg and sugar in small bowl until frothy
Beat in lemon juice and lemon zest. Beat milk, lemon zest and lemon zest into egg mixture until thoroughly blended. Pour in lemon zest and lemon zest. Heave in soda half a shot and pour into small mold; set aside.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), or until a 9 inch springform pan is inserted in center. Place apple halves onto pans. Bake overnight, stirring occasionally.
As soon as apple is in, gently slide halves into warm oven. Cover, and bake 1/2 hour in the centers, encased in the foil of foil pan. Cool completely, at room temperature, with cheese and jelly.
