2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds slices bacon
1 cup diced celery
12 slices white cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon until crisp and evenly brown. Drain grease from skillet and pour meat mixture into greased skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until evenly brown. Serve in sandwiches with lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
