2 (10 ounce) cans entire milk
1 (11 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 vertical slice lemon onion
Place the milk, sharp Cheddar cheese, soy sauce and lemon onion in a medium saucepan over low heat. Mix well. Do not allow to heat.
Heat milk mixture over medium heat for several minutes.
While mixture heats, place sliced orange or chunky green pepper over medium heat in a small bowl; sprinkle cream cheese in mixture, when the cheese turns golden. Serve as a spread or sandwich form.
