12 graham cookies
1 cup raisins
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup apples
2 3/4 cups dried cranberries
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a 9x13 inch pan with the parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix graham cookies, raisins and sugar. Beat in the apples, cranberries and butter until evenly coated. Stir in the brown sugar, yogurt, butter and cinnamon. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared pan.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from the oven and immediately turn onto a wire rack to cool completely. Pour the milk mixture over the cookie mixture along with the cinnamon sugar mixture and sprinkle with the cinnamon nut mixture.
