1/2 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) container creamed corn
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon orange juice
4 cups sweetened orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese and 1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O.
In a large bowl, mix together the creamed corn, sugar, eggs, vanilla, honey, orange juice, orange zest, lemon juice and lemon zest. Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake- the cream cheese mixture for 3/4 hours in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
