2 pounds ground turkey
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 cup American cheese
In a large bowl, combine turkey, brown sugar, onion and cheese. Shape meat mixture into patties; cut into 2 inch strips to make burgers.
Place patties in a large stockpot. Gently add celery juice, and cover. Cook on low heat for several hours. Pizza centers should be at least 8 inches from heat, not the center of the pot. Lower and repeat with other ingredients. Cook 15 minutes on each side, turning burgers every 10 seconds. Drain grease from skillet; pour broth over patties.
