1 cup olive oil
3 cups white wine
2 (14 ounce) cans Italian sausage, diced
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, diced
In a large saucepan, heat 1/2 cup olive oil over medium heat; add wine, sausage, Italian bread crumbs, cream cheese and cheese. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir pasta into the saucepan and cook until heated through.
