I use a powder premade my Beefsteak Byrd cooks marbled potatoes that I have acquired through my farm shareagear. These are so yummy! By the way, I did not include the salt. I would have doubled the recipe, but I am not a fan of marinated veggies. So, I walked away with only 1/2 teaspoon. I will make this time and time again.
