1 cup milk
1 cup orange juice
1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches
1 cup sliced bananas
1 cup vanilla crisp cereal
2 cups chopped pecans
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 (3 ounce) envelope instant chocolate pudding mix
Melt milk in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in orange juice, peaches and bananas. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over pie in a 9x13 inch pan. Chill at least 2 hours and let cool. Store Fudge in refrigerator.
In a blender or food processor, mix cereal, pecans and brown sugar. Chill in refrigerator. In a medium bowl, stir pudding mix into peach fudge. Pour slowly over pie.
