1 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups chocolate-coated chocolate candies
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in the egg and vanilla. Combine the flour and baking soda; stir into the creamed mixture until well blended. Adjust the sugar/flour mixture, if necessary, to achieve a mixture that is very smooth. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Chill marshmallows in refrigerator.
