1 1/2 cups apricot preserves
1 cup juiced peach preserves
1 (14 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup chopped cherries (optional)
In a medium saucepan, combine apricot preserves, peach preserves, pineapple, cherries and juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in pineapple juice and cherries. Serve immediately, or chill for several hours.
