2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x9 inch pan.
In a mixing bowl combine eggs, oil and flour, stirring with sugar until blended. Pour egg mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Gently remove from oven. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 days before opening.
