3 apples - peeled, cored and sliced
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Place the oranges in a food processor or blender, and smooth with water. Set aside. Cut the oranges into 1/2 inch slices. Place slices in the bottom and sides of pie pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown, cooling to room temperature. Cool pie on wire rack. Cool completely.
