Fruit Dutchess Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained

1 (1 ounce) square white chocolate, sliced

2 cups sliced strawberries

1 (16 ounce) package strawberries and cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup strawberry preserves

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup fruit preserves

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 cup lemon juice

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large saucepan, combine pineapple, chocolate and strawberries. Stir rapidly, stirring constantly until heated and smooth. Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly. Stir in cream cheese and pickles. Pour over fruit mixture; sprinkle with pineapple preserves, fruit preserves, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.

Bake 10 to 13 minutes, or until fruit mixture and custard are set. Cool completely.
