Hot Italian Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

4 beef meatballs

1 cup water

1/4 cup Italian seasoning

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes

1 cup whole olives, drained

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the water, Italian seasoning, cloves of garlic, seasoning salt, crushed red pepper flakes and whole olives. Mix all together and refrigerate over night. Drain excess liquid.

Meanwhile, place beef and chicken parts in medium shallow baking dish or dish with vegetables. Boil 2 to 4 minutes, turning once. Puree outside of water to blend in juices. Pour over meatballs and stir just enough to coat in mixture, turning each meatball a couple of times to pull all together into single meatball. Top with olives, if desired.
