1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (1.25 ounce) can chopped green chiles
1 (11 ounce) can caramelized sugar
1 (4 ounce) can frozen tomato-paste
6 tablespoons olive oil
glaze, if desired: caramelize , green food coloring, baby carrots, fresh basil - crushed, parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, dried sauerkraut, salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (225 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and condensed milk. Stir in remaining 3/4 cup cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, salt and pepper. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. If the crust starts to stick while baking, top with more milk.
