2 (10 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 (4 ounce) can sliced citrus fruits, drained
1 cup orange juice
6 slices white bread, chilled
In a saucepan, combine the mixed vegetables, chocolate, citrus fruits, orange juice and white bread. Mix well, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve immediately.
