15 fresh green tea leaves
1 cup hot water
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
4 cups strawberries, sliced
3 cups white sugar
2 quarts lemon juice
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Place green tea leaves in a large glass dish or pitcher, and sprinkle crushed pineapple in tea. Pour in 1 cup lemon juice and lemon-lime soda. Stir. Pour over tea and pineapple. Cover and chill in refrigerator 8 hours.
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add gelatin in 2 cups water, and stir until dissolved.
Remove tea leaves from refrigerator, and cut into small pieces. Store in airtight containers.
