3/4 cup margarine, softened
2 cups white sugar
3 cups packed light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans. In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and baking soda; gradually blend into the creamed mixture. Stir in the pudding mix.
Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake in preheated oven until a tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
