4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1 cup chocolate frosting
4 candies (count 'em, not just Oreos!)
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, oil, water and lemon juice. Mix until thoroughly combined. Mix in various garlic powder, chocolate frosting and candies. Spread at the top of each cookie.
