Raspberry and Lime Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup oil for greasing

1 cup dark rum

1 cup white rum

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, water, and 1/2 cup sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and 1/2 cup oil. Sift together the flour and baking powder; set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and rum. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the milk. Stir in the chocolate chips and raisins.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool before serving.

Quick, delicious and easy! I found this online while searching for stew leather. I knew it wouldn't be sufficient for the amount I enlisted, so I added about 140g dried minced onion and 40g dried minced garlic. I also splashed the dough with 2 tbsp of clove of diced hot pepper. I couldnt find the recipe, so I did a Google search and it said to chill the dough in the fridge before rolling it out. My daughter who is fond of sweet food found it and loved it. Will definately make again!!
