2 cups butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup powdered vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and egg. Beat in the flour, baking powder and salt; mixing well. Beat in the pecans and almond extract. Drop cookie by heaping teaspoons onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet to wire rack.
