2 egg whites
4 tablespoons vodka
2 tablespoons Campari orange and lemon juice
2 tablespoons sparkling lemonade
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon grenadine syrup
In a large glass or metal bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Stir in vodka. Stir in lemon juice, orange juice, and limeade. Mix with the lemonade and vanilla and spread mixture into a 9 inch square pastry shell. Chill in refrigerator. Roll out pastry in middle of the night just before serving. Serve piping warm. Garnish with fruit. Frost with lemon cream and whipped topping.
