Apricot Chicken II Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup white vinegar

1 pinch salt

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon celery salt

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/4 cup water

1 orange, juiced and zested

Directions

In a large bowl, mix ketchup, vinegar, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.

In a small bowl, mix celery salt, sugar, and water. Mix until thoroughly blended.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with ketchup mixture, and cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven 30 minutes, turning once. Turn and bake another 10 minutes, uncovered, then uncovered again.
