Chicken Goulash Recipe

Ingredients

6 chicken goulash or green vegetables

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

salt to taste

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka

1/4 teaspoon grated orange zest

1 (750 milliliter) bottle cognac

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Saute chicken in olive oil for 3 minutes, stirring while cooking. Remove chicken from pan and set aside to drain.

Heat the olive oil in the same skillet over medium-high heat. Melt onion and green pepper over medium heat, stirring during cooking time. Adjust salt and pepper by adding more or less to taste.

Stir in chicken and green peppers and return to skillet. Cook, stirring until golden in color and juices run clear, about 10 minutes.

Mix in vodka and orange zest and pour over chicken. Pour into baking dish or large bowl and top with cognac.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Cool, place on rack and keep warm.

I returned from Korea saying this didn't resemble the Korean food I knew. This made perfect pancakes. My local Blue Bell doing fine and liked it. I used unflavored gelatin powder which I know is not authentic but who gives a shit. Anyways, will make this again...
