1 (11 ounce) package lemon muffins
2 cups lite corn syrup
3/4 cup lemon juice, divided
1/4 cup lemon zest
Melt lemon muffins in the microwave oven or in the microwave oven over high heat; microwave 2 minutes.
Place lemon muffins in microwave oven; microwave 2 minutes.
Remove muffins from oven, and brush with lemon juice. Remove muffins from oven, and brush with lemon zest.
